For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, The term "we", "us", "our" used anywhere on this page shall mean DIET MAESTRO WELLNESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, whose registered/operational office is Flat 202 Tower 12 Royale Estate, Chandigarh-Ambala highway Zirakpur PUNJAB 140603. "you", "your", "user", "visitor" shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on our website and/or product pages is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. Unauthorized use of information provided by us shall give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

From time to time our website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information.

Any dispute arising out of the use of our website and/or purchase with us and/or any engagement with us is subject to the laws of India.

We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

If you have any medical conditions, you agree that you have taken consent from your doctor for joining our program.

Every body is different. You agree that there is no guarantee of results.

INSTALLMENT PLANS FOR THE PROGRAM

We offer installment options for our various programs. The payment for the program enrolled can be made in full or in installments as per the agreement between the client and the service provider (Dietitian Priyanka).

The installment plans will be determined by the service provider (Dietitian Priyanka Narang) and will be communicated to the client before the start of the program. The client can choose to make the payment in installments as per the agreed plan.

If the client fails to make the payment within the agreed time frame, the service provider may discontinue the program until the payment is made. The service provider reserves the right to terminate the program in case of failure to make the payment after multiple reminders.

If the client wants to reactivate their program, the reactivation fee of INR 2000 along with the remaining installments needs to be paid.

TRANSFER OF YOUR PROGRAM/SUBSCRIPTION

Our programs are non-transferable. If, for a medical or other urgent reason, you are not able to continue the program, we may be able to approve the transfer request provided you can present relevant evidence. Note that if approved, a standard transfer fee of Rs.2000/- will be applicable.

PAUSE/BREAK/HOLD IN PROGRAMS

We do not encourage breaks as they hinder the flow of diet and lifestyle changes that we recommend. Moreover, lifestyle changes are about integrating those into your life regardless of what you are up to. Though if for some other emergent reason, you need to pause your program, please get in touch with us.

If the hold is approved, you are entitled to have a maximum of 2 weeks break in a 3-month program, 4 weeks break in a 6-month program, and 6 weeks break in a 12-month program. Hold/Pause facility is not applicable to 1-month programs.

Hold/Pause facility is applicable for once only during your current program. Multiple holds/pauses are not allowed. We may offer a 2-week break ourselves during the 6 & 12 months program, in case we feel the need. Your plan will get terminated if the break extends beyond the mentioned time period for the break. If you want to reactivate your program, a reactivation fee of INR 2000 will apply.

NOTE: Installments need to be paid according to the installment plan and dates allotted to you irrespective if your current program is on hold or not. Failure to do so will lead to the termination of your current plan.

TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM

The client has the right to terminate the program at any time by providing a valid reason to the service provider.

The service provider has the right to terminate the program, in case the client fails to report and fails to have follow up for more than 3 weeks consecutively without any valid reason.

However, no refund will be provided for any payment made towards the program in any circumstances. If the client wants to reactivate their program, a reactivation fee of INR 2000 will apply.

REFUND POLICY

All the charges paid are not refundable. Any sums in respect of your program that are not yet paid shall remain due. Refunds are made only in the event that you have paid twice.
